Looking for motivated and driven people who have at least 3 years of restaurant experience. This is a very fast paced and quickly growing restaurant. We are looking for passionate people who will help us continue to grow and expand our restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of managing the floor during shifts.
- Helping with banquet booking, and digital menu creation.
- Helping coordinate with service specialists and contractors.
- Daily cash work sheets.
- Logging tips for employees and overseeing tipouts.
- Delegating rotational deep cleaning tasks to maintain a clean restaurant.
- Ordering liquor, wine and beer.
Qualifications:
- Ideally the applicant is very organized with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience.
